Clear Choice is a land clearing company serving Hillsboro, Texas, and the Hill County country around it. We clear brush and small trees with a skid steer that carries a forestry mulching head. The mulcher grinds the growth where it stands and leaves it on the ground as mulch. When the mulcher is done, the land is open and usable again.
Clear Choice was founded by Tim Threatt to put a forestry mulcher to work on overgrown land. We clear land for homeowners with acreage, ranch and farm owners, small businesses and lot owners. The company works out of the Hillsboro area, where I-35 splits into I-35E and I-35W.
Forestry mulching is the lead service, and brush clearing opens pasture that Ashe juniper (cedar) and mesquite have taken over. Lot clearing gets a building lot ready before a house or a barn goes up. Fence line clearing mulches the brush along a fence row, so a fence can be built or repaired. Stump grinding takes stumps down to grade or just below it, so the ground can be mowed.
Our service area runs along the I-35 corridor, from Waco north toward the south Dallas Fort Worth suburbs. Whitney, Waxahachie, Cleburne and Corsicana are among the towns we serve. Call or text (817) 937-1506, and we look at the job and put the quote in writing.
Serving Hillsboro and the Surrounding Counties Tell us what the land is for: a fence, a home site, a pasture or a building lot. We clear it with that use in mind.
We take on brush and small trees with the mulcher. A tree service takes down the big trees, and we mulch what is left.
The mulcher opens trails and access paths through thick brush. It can also open a view from a home site or clear the brush off a creek bank.
The brush turns to mulch on the spot, so the clearing and the cleanup happen together. What is left is open ground under a layer of mulch.
We look at the job before we price it, then put the quote in writing. You see what the work covers before you decide.
We clear the brush and small trees, and we can grind the stumps left behind. One company takes the land from overgrown to open ground.
Our service area follows the roads that meet at Hillsboro. I-35 runs north and south through it, and TX-22 runs west to Whitney and east to Corsicana.
From the first call or text to the finished work, here is how it goes.
Call or text (817) 937-1506, or send the form. Tell us where the land is and what has grown up on it.
We come out to see the job in person. The brush, the tree sizes, the ground and the way in all shape the plan.
The quote comes in writing and spells out the work. You decide with it in hand.
We set a start date with you and bring in the mulcher. Brush and small trees go down and turn to mulch right there.
The land is open, and the mulch lies where it fell. If the job includes stump grinding, the stumps get ground down to grade or just below it.
Tell us the town and what has grown up on the land, and we will look at the job. You can also call or text (817) 937-1506.
